Rose Tiger – “High & Low”
Rose Tiger is the solo project of Paris-based artist Wendy Killmann. His music is largely inspired by 80’s British new wave and 90’s video games. “High & Low” is a track off of his debut EP, From Top to Bottom, which was released last November on Greasy Records. For fans of Depeche Mode and The Human League.
Tambourines – “Long Goodbye”
Tambourines is an LA-based psych rock band, influenced by the sounds of 1960s/70s psych, garage, and prog rock. “Long Goodbye” is the title track off of their latest EP, which they released just last week. You’ll dig Tambourines if you like artists such as Ty Segall and Foxygen.
Mountain Castles – “Chiquita” (feat. Kaibi Daibi)
Mountain Castles is a psych rock band making music down in Uruguay. “Chiquita” is the second single they put out prior to the release of their forthcoming record, Robot Armies. For fans of Unknown Mortal Orchestra and DIIV.
Belle Mare – “Liars”
Brooklyn’s Belle Mare is the project of duo Amelia Bushell and Thomas Servidone, who create captivating dream pop. “Liars” is their first song since their excellent album, Heaven Forget (2016), and is the lead single off their soon-to-be announced follow-up LP. For fans of Angel Olsen and Grouper.
Blush Response – “Hearts Grow Dull”
Blush Response hail from Adelaide, Australia and create music that captures the “conflicting desire to combine catchy pop songs with the ear-splitting sound of speakers tearing themselves apart.” This shoegaze-inspired band released their first full-length, Hearts Grow Dull, in early April. Fans of The Jesus and Mary Chain and My Bloody Valentine will surely dig Blush Response.
