Peoria, IL // May 7, 2015 – Illinois-based rockers FLANNEL MOUTH will hit the road later this month on the “Killin’ It” tour with Event Horizon. Playing cities throughout the central and mid-west U.S., stops include St. Louis, Chicago and Detroit. A full list of dates can be found below.
“We’ve been wanting to tour with these guys for a long time now” said Flannel Mouth. “We met Event Horizon back in 2012 doing some local shows, and have since become best friends. Our personalities and musical styles complement one another extremely well.”
Flannel Mouth recently spent time in the studio with producer Michael Abiuso (The Venetia Fair), working on fresh material for a full-length, titled Prisoners Cinema to be released through SwitchBitch Records. “We’re immensely proud of the noises we’ve caught on tape and are taking meticulous care of the whole audio landscape for our present and future fans,” they shared. “We’re expecting a late summer 2015 release will be previewing some staples from Prisoner’s Cinema on the road!”
Their latest release of single “Oh, Bastard” was described as “a balls-to-the-wall rock track that lights a fire in your veins…” by Under the Gun Review. Eager to share their new work, the band can be followed on tour with the hashtags #KillinItTour and #PrisonersCinema across all social outlets.
