Mike Abiuso and Chris Bordeaux are composers with a passion for creating music and continually pushing boundaries. Their skills as multi-instrumentalist producers allow them to bring a diverse and versatile sound to every project, with the convenience of having an entire band and orchestra at their fingertips. Abiuso and Bordeaux have scored multiple short and feature films with successes at numerous film festivals including Sundance.
Abiuso is a multi-instrumentalist holding a degree in music-ed from Five Towns College where he studied performance, composition, arranging, and audio production. He later toured for 10+ years until 2016 when he founded Behind the Curtains Media, a leading NYC based music marketing, PR, and recording studio. Here he works on a plethora of productions that include songwriting, sync licensing, composing for commercial and scoring for film.
Chris Bordeaux is a multi-instrumentalist who has toured the US and Europe with multiple bands supported by labels including French Kiss Records. He scored projects for Amazon, FX, and A24, most notably the romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Gillian Robespierre, “Obvious Child” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
