radio promotionBand on a budget but still want to get your music to college radio? Often times it makes sense to hire the pro's (and we'll be here when you need us), but we also understand that sometimes this isn't possible - ti's time for a little hard work to Do It Yourself! Whether you're a hardcore self-starter or simply low on dough, our DIY radio campaign packages provide you with all the tools that you need to promote your latest project.

Check out our DIY radio campaign packages below!

(First time doing your own radio promo? Don't worry, we include a complimentary quick-start guide with all DIY radio campaigns, full of tips and FAQs!)

Package 1 – Total DIY, Just the Info!

We’ll send you 100 radio mailing address labels, pre-formatted and ready for printing! These 100 stations are a blend of hand-picked, and highly influential college, and non-commercial radio stations from our lists – they accept submissions from all musical genres/formats. We work with these stations (and many more) as a part of our official radio campaigns, so you can feel confident that the information is up to date and that your CD’s will get into the right hands. We’ll send the labels via e-mail in PDF format – print on your own printer, with easy to use Avery 5160 labels. We’ll also include a quick-start guide that includes tips on how to package, mail, follow-up and make the most of your self-run campaign!

Package 1 – $99, e-mailed digital PDF of mailing address labels

* Add on $15 to cater the recipient address line to your genre – instead of being directed to the general “Attn: Music Director” we’ll add in your genre of choice, i.e. “Attn: Music Director (Hip Hop)” – this helps the station sort, and hopefully listen, to your submission faster! You'll be able to specify in your order.

Package 2 – DIY, Ready to Go!

In addition to the same 100 radio mailing address labels outlined above, we’ll format a one-sheet for you (artist will need to provide us with album art, press pics, biography and social media links) that you can include with your CDs to give your package the professional presentation that Music Directors at radio have come to expect. We’ll also format 'recommended track' labels to affix to your CD’s (see example), and format return address labels for you. It’s basically everything you need to help make your submission stand out among the crowd and to ensure that your music gets listened to and considered for airplay! Of course we’ll include our quick-start guide to help you get your DIY radio campaign off the ground! Choose from our two options:
Package 2a – $250, E-mailed digital copies of all labels and PDF of one-sheet

Emailed PDF copies of all of the above; 100 labels of each type (address labels, track labels, return labels) and PDF of the one sheet (one sided; color); you print all items on your own.

Package 2b – $300, Hard copy labels mailed and e-mailed digital PDF of one-sheet
Frustrated by printing labels? No worries! We’ll print and mail all labels (as outlined above) to you in trackable envelope. You will be sent the one sheet via email as a PDF to print on your own (sent as one sided; color).

* Add on $15 to any package to cater the recipient address line to your genre – instead of being directed to the general “Attn: Music Director” we’ll add in your genre of choice, i.e. “Attn: Music Director (Hip Hop)” – this helps the station sort, and hopefully listen, to your submission faster! You'll be able to specify in your order.

Questions or customization requests? Please note in the additional text field of our order form and we'll adjust your quote accordingly. Please Note: We review all order requests and have the right to refuse your order if it does not meet our minimum standards of quality and appropriateness for radio promotion. Orders will be reviewed with two (2) business days.

If your music contains profanity, this is okay for our review, but you will need to make it FCC compliant before sending to radio stations. Our in-house studio is happy to edit your music to provide "clean" versions of your tracks, by blurring/omitting profanity, to meet FCC compliancy. Rates and turnaround will vary based on your music and our studio's schedule. Please make note of your interest for this service in the additional notes section of your order form.
